Not gonna lie, I expected better out of Recon Marines. Is there not a requirement that you have to do a certain amount of time in the Corps before trying out for Recon? The rifle-to-pistol transitions looked awful. It was like watching a bunch of new privates.

I could never understand why we never did anything fast enough for the drill sgts? They were always in a hurry and for some unknown reason they appeared to own everything,it was their grass,their mess hall,their buildings,etc. I had no idea that they could own parts of a military base?
